A succulent boneless leg of pork stuffed with luxury pork, cranberry, apricot & orange stuffing.
Cooking: Preheat oven to hot sear for 15 minutes then allow 20 minutes per 450g at 180*C / 355*C / Gas 4, or until tender. If browning quickly place tinfoil over the meat. Juices from the centre will run clear when fully cooked. Rest for 15 mins.
