Made with Local Free-Range Eggs & Our Own Farm-Reared Bacon

Serves 4 - 6 

A deliciously savoury twist on a classic, our Red Pepper & Maple Bacon Quiche combines sweet roasted red peppers with smoky maple-glazed bacon, all set in a rich, creamy filling.

We use fresh free-range eggs from C. Lupton & Sons in North Yorkshire and bacon reared right here on our family farm, ensuring every bite is packed with quality and flavour. Baked in a golden shortcrust pastry case, it’s perfect hot or cold.

Great for lunch, a light supper, or as part of a picnic or buffet spread.

Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F / Gas 4. Reheat for 20 minutes, or until piping hot in the centre. If browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
