Turkey Royale

Our boneless and succulent barn-reared white turkey breast filled with tasty Pork, Sage and Red Onion Sausage meat Stuffing, wrapped in our own award-winning streaky bacon. Easy to carve and no waste!

Cooking: Preheat your oven to 200*C/390*F/Gas 6. Place in a roasting tin, and cover with tin foil. Cook for 20 mins at this heat, then reduce to 170*C / 340*F / Gas 4 for 25mins per 450g. Remove the foil for the last 20mins.
