Our Turkey Royale is crafted using barn-reared turkey sourced from David Heap and family at Hade Edge, Holmfirth – just a stone’s throw from our farm shop. Each joint is carefully hand-wrapped in our dry-cured streaky bacon and generously filled with our signature sage and red onion stuffing for a traditional, flavour-packed roast.

Perfect for Christmas, special occasions, or a hearty Sunday roast.

• 1.5kg – Serves 4–6

• 2.5kg – Serves 7–10

• 3.5kg – Serves 11–14

• 5kg – Serves 16+
