Ultimate Turkey Royale

Boneless and succulent barn-reared turkey breast filled with Luxury Pancetta, orange and chestnut stuffing, wrapped in our smoked streaky bacon.

Cooking: Preheat your oven to 200*C/390*F/Gas 6. Place in a roasting tin, & cover with foil. Cook for 20 mins at this heat, then reduce to 170*C / 340*F / Gas 4 for 25mins per 450g. Remove the foil for the last 20mins.
