A truly special centrepiece for your festive table. Our Yorkshire Goose is prized for its rich, dark meat and intense flavour – a traditional favourite that’s full of character and perfect for a memorable roast.

Reared with care on local farms, this 5kg goose serves 6 to 8 people and comes oven-ready for your convenience.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Prick the skin all over to help release the natural fat as it cooks.
If stuffing, do so at the neck end under the loose flap of skin – and remember to stuff loosely.
Cover the goose with foil and roast for 20 minutes initially, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and cook for 20–25 minutes per 500g.
Remove the foil for the final 30 minutes to allow the skin to crisp to a golden finish.
