BBQ DEMO DAY WITH STEPH MOON

We’re super excited to have Yorkshire TV Chef Stephanie Moon join us on Saturday 1st July 2023. 

 

Steph will be working alongside our very own Team GB Butcher Matt Lewis for a day of BBQ food, demonstrations, recipes and sampling in The Courtyard. They'll make the perfect team - Matt will be sure to impress with his butchery skills and Steph will teach you everything from the perfect way to prepare your dish, cooking times and how to season along with the perfect accompaniments for each meat.  

Take a look below at the Demonstration and sampling timetable for the day

10am - LOW & SLOW:  Learn how to prepare and cook both a lamb and pork shoulder on the BBQ your spatchcock

11am - SOMETHING FOR THE FAMILY: How to spatchcock a chicken, the perfect marinade and how to BBQ

12pm - TREAT YOURSELF: The star of the show our award-winning home-reared beef, 21 day dry aged, Sirloin on the Bone - perfect for the BBQ connoisseur

1pm - MAKE YOUR OWN BURGERS: How to make the perfect burger for the BBQ plus the best way to cook our short-rib burgers. 

2pm - SUMMER SWORDFISH: Fish on the grill, try it with orange and fennel! 

3pm - THE BEST TUNA STEAK
