NATIONAL BUTCHERS WEEK!
As National Butchers Week draws to a close, we thought we'd highlight our very own brilliant Butchers. After all, they're the heart of Blacker Hall Farm. Our butchers simply refuse to compromise on quality that's why we exclusively use meat reared on our own family farm and from other local Yorkshire farms.
You'll probably recognise some of our fantastic team of Butchers, but did you know we have 17 in total (& growing!). Lots of hard work goes on behind the scenes to ensure our butchery produce is the very best it can be.
