NATIONAL BUTCHERS WEEK!

It’s National Butcher's Week at Blacker Hall Farm 🥩 This week, we’re celebrating the craft, skill and dedication of the team at the very heart of Blacker Hall Farm, our Butchers.

We’re proud to operate a full carcass butchery, working from farm to fork to rear and source the very best quality Yorkshire meat. From our family farm here in Wakefield to your table, quality is never compromised. Our butchery team is made up of 16 skilled individuals with an incredible 178 years of combined experience between them. Butchery is a true craft, one that takes years to master, and we’re proud to have both experienced master butchers and apprentices learning the trade within our walls.

We are farmers and butchers who refuse to cut corners. That’s our promise.
