Matt Lewis is our assistant butchery manager. You have probably seen Matt's friendly face behind our butchery counter, but did you know that he’s also part of team GB? The whole GB team will be competing in the 2022 Butchery world finals, in Sacramento, California!

It's got to be our home reared belly pork on the bone. Left to dry in the fridge for a few days then simply roasted with salt - I don't think you can beat it!
I always wanted to join the fire service or the RAF when I left school. As much as I longed to join up, I look back now and see that this was the career for me.
