Two of Individual Beef Wellingtons, handmade by our expert team using award-winning beef rumpette with a mushroom duxelles, wrapped in Parma Ham and homemade puff pastry lattice and decorated with a pastry heart. Perfect to impress your Valentine. 

Cooking: Preheat oven to 220*C. Place Beef Wellington onto wax greaseproof paper, or an oiled surface. Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes until pastry is golden.
