Our Creamy Potato Salad is a classic side, made the traditional way in our farm shop kitchen. We use tender potatoes, coat them in a rich and smooth egg mayonnaise, and finish with a scattering of freshly chopped spring onions for a gentle bite and burst of flavour.

Perfect for your boxing day buffet.
