Pie Weekend

NEW PIES ON THE BLOCK! Visit Blacker Hall for our weekend of pies! We're launching 4 EPIC new pies in two new sizes. You'll be able to sample them all weekend long - to decide your new favourite! Plus reward card holders will receive a FREE pot of our homemade mushy peas, to enjoy with any family sized pie they buy. 

This weekend we're launching four new delicious pies all developed by our team of expert chefs and bakers alongside renowned Yorkshire TV Chef Stephanie Moon. 

Introducing: 

• Our new and improved Traditional Steak Pie, A rich, meaty and delicious homemade steak pie, filled with slow-cooked beef steak which is home reared on our family farm here in Wakefield. Available in two sizes: an individual pie encased in buttery shortcrust pastry and a family sized pie (to serve 4) which is topped with puff pastry. 

• Chicken, pulled ham and leek pie, Locally soured chicken with pulled ham with sautéed leeks in a rich homemade bechamel sauce. Available in two sizes: an individual pie encased in buttery shortcrust pastry and a family sized pie (to serve 4) which is topped with puff pastry. 

• Steak and Potato pie, a hearty pulled braised steak and diced potato pie using home reared beef from our family farm. Available in two sizes: an individual pie encased in buttery shortcrust pastry and a family sized pie (to serve 4) which is topped with puff pastry. 

• Mushroom bourguignon pie, Chestnut & white mushrooms, silverskin onions and carrots in a rich red wine sauce & encased in our homemade shortcrust pastry.

SAMPLING ALL WEEKEND LONG! 

Head to the deli counter where we will be sampling all pies all weekend long. The perfect opportunity to try them all and select a new favourite.  

FREE MUSHY PEAS WITH YOUR REWARD CARD

Reward card holders will receive a free pot of our homemade farmhouse mushy peas with any family sized pie purchased over the weekend. (offer subject to availability and the onus is on the reward card holder to pick up there pot or peas - offer will come off at the tills).
