Peanut Butter Pancakes

MAKES: 15 PANCAKES  |  PREP TIME: 20 MINS  |  COOK TIME:  5 MINS

 

INGREDIENTS

150g Plain flour

2 tsp Baking powder

2 tbsp Sugar

1 Egg

300ml Milk

100g Proper Nutty Peanut

Butter, salted or unsalted

 

METHOD

Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk and peanut butter (add a little salt if the peanut butter is unsalted).

Add the wet ingredients to the dry, whisk smooth and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Put a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat. Add a tablespoon of batter and cook until golden on the bottom, then flip and cook on the other side (you may be able to cook two or three at a time). Keep the cooked pancakes warm. Serve with fruit, yoghurt, honey, syrup or any other of your favourite toppings! Maybe even an extra dollop of Proper Nutty peanut butter!
