👨‍🌾 Scarecrow scavenger hunt at Blacker Hall Farm 👨‍🌾

Join us this Summer for a scavenger hunt with a difference! Follow our map around the farm and find the missing pieces to make your very own scarecrow spoon. Once you've found them all head back to our farmers barn where we have a 'scarecrow making station' ready to use. 

In the Farmers Barn you will also find lots of information about the different crops farmers grow throughout the year. Scarecrows are used on farms to help keep crows away from eating all the crops. You can take the scarecrow you make home to help protect your garden and the things growing there. 

TICKETS ARE £4.00 PER CHILD and this includes your map, all the materials you need to make your scarecrow and an activity sheet - plus visit our newly opened Little Farmers Trail (animal experience) for FREE! 

When: Throughout Summer

How to take part: 

🌱 Book your place

🌱 Pick up a map from the Farmers Barn at the start of our Little Farmers Trail 

🌱 Use the map to find the hidden scarecrow pieces

🌱 Head back to the Farmers Barn & Make your scarecrow 

🌱 Take him/her home

It usually takes around 30 minutes - 1 hour to find all the pieces and make your scarecrow
