Our award-winning minted lamb roast is a true customer favourite – tender, boneless leg of lamb marinated in a light blend of mint and rosemary for a beautifully balanced flavour.

Locally reared by George Wood in Penistone, Yorkshire, this joint is perfect for a traditional Sunday roast with a fresh twist.

• 700g – Serves 2 – 3
• 1.5kg – Serves 4 – 5

Easy to carve and full of flavour, it’s a standout centrepiece that’s as effortless as it is delicious.

Cooking Tip:
Roast at 190°C / 375°F / Gas 5 for 25 minutes per 450g, plus 15 minutes. Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving for best results.
