Sweet, tender, and full of comforting flavour, our Buttery Carrots with Thyme are a deliciously simple side dish made in our Farm Shop kitchen.

We use rustic-cut carrots, slow-cooked in butter with fragrant thyme and a hint of orange zest for a subtle citrus lift. Perfect alongside roast meats, pies, or hearty winter dishes.
