Homemade Cauliflower Cheese

Serves 2 - 3 

A classic comfort dish, handmade in our Farm Shop kitchen.

We use fresh cauliflower florets, gently steamed and smothered in a rich, creamy béchamel sauce, made from scratch and blended with mature cheddar cheese. Finished with a golden topping of melted cheese, this is a hearty side dish that’s perfect with roast dinners, sausages, or simply on its own.
