A hearty dish with rich, seasonal flavour. Tender, locally sourced pheasant breast is generously filled with traditional Scottish haggis, then wrapped in our own dry-cured smoked streaky bacon for a truly indulgent finish.

Perfect for autumn and winter dining, this dish brings together bold British ingredients in a comforting, ready-to-cook option for two.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook for 15–20 minutes or until juices run clear. Rest before serving for best flavour.

Ideal with buttery mash, seasonal greens, and a splash of red wine jus.
