MEET THE COWS - 1st & 2nd October


MEET MILK FRROM THE HILLS' COWS & CALVES AT BLAKER HALL FARM

Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd October 9am until 4pm 

 

Our friends James and Alex from Milk from the Hills are bringing some cute friends along to meet you at Blacker Hall Farm. Join us on Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd of October and get up close with some of the cows & calves from their dairy herd. Plus they will be sampling there delicious milkshakes too!

SAMPLING 

Along with meeting the cows, James and Alex will also be sampling their delicious milk and milkshakes, available everyday in the milk vending Machine here at Blacker Hall Farm. This weekend they will be bringing over 20 different milkshake flavours for you to try, including Raspberry Ripple, Crunchie, Bounty, Vanilla, Strawberry and many more!

Meet James and Alex's lovely cows including Jersey cow - 'Beryl' (who loves a good scratch under her chin) and friesian cow - 'Tess Daily'. Plus some of their baby calves who are just 3 weeks old and will be very excited to see you! Learn more about farming, raising cows and how milk is produced. 

ENJOY A BURGER FROM THE BBQ

We love an excuse to fire up the BBQ so wrap up warm and come along and enjoy one of our steak burgers from our Butchery cooked to perfection on our courtyard barbecue! Little Farmers Lunch boxes will also be available for your little ones.
