Matt's Christmas Masterpiece!
When it comes to meat, our brilliant Butcher Matt knows it all. He likes to go all out when it comes to Christmas and cooks up a festive feast for his whole family! This year is no exception. To start his guests will enjoy Beef and Mushroom Truffles, made by our butchers using beef reared on our family farm. They’re a must have for Matt and his family! Moving on to the main event, only the very best bronze turkey will do! He always cooks up all the tasty trimmings you could possibly want, including our new Hogs in Duvets (think giant pigs in blankets). To finish off the feasting is a classic Christmas pudding, with lashings of Matt’s secret homemade rum sauce.
