Ruth's Boxing Day Party!
Ruth loves nothing more than a big party to celebrate with her family and friends. This year she’ll be hosting a Boxing Day get together, and will be making it extra easy (and delicious) with festive food & tempting tipples from Blacker Hall. She’s chosen a selection of scrumptious nibbles that guests can help themselves to. Cheese and charcuterie are her go to and make the perfect party-friendly picky food. Not one to forget the fizz, Ruth will also be treating her guests to a bottle or two of Champagne, so they can celebrate in style!

When ingredients are in season, they need less doing to them. Flavours are fuller. Cooking becomes more straightforward. A good cut of meat, fresh vegetables harvested at the right time and ingredients that have not travelled unnecessarily far bring enough to the plate.
