BLACKER HALL FARM SHOP REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Cards must be presented before the transaction has completed. Points can be collected and redeemed in The Farm Shop and Barn Kitchen.

1.2 Points can only be redeemed on future purchases.

1.3 Your information will only be used by Blacker Hall Farm Ltd. To be able to offer a loyalty scheme, we use a third party to process your information. The third party we use is a trusted partner who will never use your data for their own marketing or share your data with anyone else. We promise we will not pass it onto any unauthorised third parties.

1.4 If your card is lost or stolen, please get in touch with Blacker Hall Farm Shop as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement card for you. Your points you’ve already collected will still be valid.

1.5 You can cancel your Blacker Hall Farm Shop Rewards Card at any time by sending us an email info@blackerhall.com. Points are not redeemable for cash. Any points still on your card will be cancelled.

1.6 Blacker Hall Farm Shop retains the right to terminate the use of Blacker Hall Farm Shop rewards cards with written notice.

SPECIAL OFFERS PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS

2.1 We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. We will honour at the offer price, any order placed by you before an offer ends, or is amended or withdrawn.

2.2 We reserve the right to offer, at our complete discretion, different customers different special offers or promotions.

2.3 All offers are subject to availability.

2.4 Any vouchers must be presented at the till in The Farm Shop or The Barn Kitchen at the time of transition. Blacker Hall Farm Shop Reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Any vouchers are non-transferable to any other person, product, or service and have no cash value.

2.5 Online Vouchers must be applied at checkout and are not valid retrospectively. Blacker Hall Farm Shop Reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Non-transferable to any other person, product, or service. Voucher has no cash value.
